Boston Townhouse

 A full gut renovation of a 4,300 sf single family townhouse in Boston. Starting with the first floor kitchen which is occupied by the base cabinets, appliances, the built-in seating area, and the L shaped floor to ceiling unit to the right of the fireplace.The pantry is next to the elevator door with a centered sink against the shared wall and cabinetry along the elevator wall. Through space planning and 3D renders it was important to see the relationship between all horizontal elements in the kitchen and the steel grid windows would match up to the vision of the client.
